Available daytime and evening hours / seven days a week.

Offering a variety of room sizes that can accommodate intimate to over 200, and amenities that can include a grand piano, a full stage, a cater-in kitchen and more.

Art Gallery
1st Floor 65’ x 22’ / Capacity: Theater Style: 60 / Dining Style: 40

Available evenings and weekends only.  Due to valuable art work on display, an adult must accompany all children.  Perfect for small receptions, showers and gatherings.

Rate:  Hourly: $30/hour + additional fees

Available daily or hourly.  Perfect for club meetings, showers, children’s parties, and classes.  Weeknights are usually reserved for Harris Arts Center classes.

Rates: Daily (9AM-5PM) $100  /  Hourly: $20/hour   /  + additional fees

Community Room
2nd Floor 64’ x 23’  /  Capacity:  Theater style: 100-120   /  Dining Style: 70  /  Conference Style: 80

Multi-purpose space for meetings, luncheons, seminars and receptions (includes kitchen)

Rates:  Daily (9AM-5PM): $275  /  Hourly: $50/hour (3 hour minimum)  /  Evenings (5PM-12PM): $300  /  + additional fees

Ratner Theater
2nd floor Theater: 46’ x 44’ Stage: 32’ x 11’  /  Capacity:  Theater Style: 200-220  /  Dining Style: 70-120 (depending on layout)

Available daily or evenings.  Multi-purpose black box theater for seminars, receptions, theatrical or dance performances, special event parties and more

Rate: $500 + additional fees

Class Rooms
3rd floor 12’ x 14’-Room A  or  3rd floor 7′ x 18′-Room B
Capacity: 12-15

Available daily or hourly,  Ideal for small meetings

Rates:  Daily (9AM-5PM): $100  /  Hourly: $20/hour

Although renters are allowed to decorate for their event, the Harris Arts Center is primarily an arts facility and those who rent all or part of the arts center are not allowed to move or rearrange the artwork on display, and must carry their own insurance for liability purposes.
